The breakdown behind the beauty.
I'm back, I have had to have a minute to breather after this years wedding season full of rad brides and grooms. Now I am raring to go with the up coming season of 2019.
Let me explain my process first.
A. My first point of difference is you can not book me years in advance, why it's you job? True but...
I really don't ever want to miss out life moments in my own world, as life is for living.
Friends shotgun weddings, hens weekends, milestone birthdays and those overseas holidays the traveller in me can't say no too.
B. Over the years of dealing with brides and having different "rules" to begin with, I started seeing a common trend of change their minds and going back and forth. By changing my bookings to six months in advance they have really set their style, colour palette and overall feel for their day.
This makes my job easier to come in and do the floral styling and really hit the nail on the head with pulling it all together. So moral of the story I only take bookings six months before your wedding date.
C. A pricing brochure I send out to potential brides and grooms so they have an indication of what the pricing is, I feel its good grounds to start on for their vision and ideas on budgeting and what they have in mind to achieve their floral dreams - If we make it to the next stage in our relationship we sit down have our initial consultation in our relaxed floral studio and you receive some treats to take home and I lay out all creative ideas that I hope make you leave with excitement bursting out the seams.
For many years I wasn't valuing my trade or the costings of my time, this is something I have learnt over time. Never undersell yourself - I may not be for everyone and thats fine there is the perfect florist out there for you.
D. Our Signature bridal bouquets are a set price, I don't budge.
Why? Because this is your day, your one day to have that dream bunch of flowers you have always wanted, I want you to be so in love with your flowers you would pick them time and time again.
Our signature bouquet is full, luscious, tonal and a variety of your favourite blooms finished with Silk De Chine ribbon and my ritual of making the bridal bouquet is never less than an hour and trust me I get really into it!
I don't want to create anything lack lustre, I want only the best for the best.
A bouquet that really makes you go shit yeah thats my bouquet out loud...

E. I have never asked prices nor competed with any florist's in our region, why?
I am not in competition, or about to be. There are many great florist here and I strongly believe your biggest competition is yourself.
Our weddings are priced to give you epic florals unique to you and our prices reflect the value of flowers and hours of blood and sweat that goes in to it.
